Since 1734, the Monplezy Domain has occupied an extremely privileged position in the Pézenas region. Today it is part of the NATURA 2000 zone and a member of the League for the Protection of Birds.

Thanks to the unity we have created between culture and sustainable agriculture, we boast a strong biodiversity. As a member of the League for the Protection of Birds, classed as part of Natura Zone 2000 and engaging in organic production method for several years, the domain is a paradise for ladybirds and earthworms; the true sign a clean environment.
